"I wish I had looked at a few more reviews prior to making an appointment with this company. It would have saved me a lot of hassle. I made an appointment online and paid the deposit as requested and received an email confirmation. When the tech did not arrive on time the for the scheduled appointment (30 minutes late with no call from anyone to update me) I attempted to contact the office. The phone lines listed on their website were not working, I was able to contact someone through one of the numbers via text and the few responses I did receive back were very unprofessional and provided only vague information stating things like "These dang phone lines are messed up today" and " he is running behind" and "he should be there in the next 30-45 minutes". Finally, after over 2 1/2 hours of waiting, sending numerous texts and emails to try to get clear information, I let them know I wanted to cancel the appointment and requested a refund of my deposit. They did not respond. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges on my credit card. Highly Do Not Recommend this company"

"I have had a worst experience with this so called "Business". Hannah and Judd are very rude and lag on getting my windshield replaced. They have asked for a $150 deposit. I was told Judd was supposed to arrive to my home around 4:30pm. The clock came to being 5:30pm and he still didn't show up to replace my car windshield. I then proceeded to call his office phone and his personal phone. No answer. It kept going straight to voicemail. ( which I knew he kept ignoring my calls.) Judd and Hannah are not Professional with their so called business. I walk in their office and the first thing I smell is Mary-Juana. And then saw dog poop and dog urine all over the floors. I thought to myself is this really a joke or prank? What did I just walk into!??? Then on top of that they have a black dog who tried to attack me. They are lucky that I didn't called animal control. I will never again walk into this so called "business." Again. Please avoid this please because they did take my deposit and never refunded it to me after not ever arriving to replace my windshield. They are a bunch of scam artists! Which I will possibly put a police report to get my refund back!!!! They will see me and my lawyer very soon."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Booked with them and they ask for a $150 deposit. You will not get it back easily! Had an appointment at 10am. They said they were running late and would be there around 11. Never showed up, I had to call at 11:30 and they came up with a bunch of excuses and I just asked for a refund. Had to argue with Judd for a while, who was very rude and HUNG UP on me multiple times (imagine hanging up on customers lol). Finally got my refund and will make sure I, or anyone I know, never does business with these clowns again."

"!Warning! I paid Ali a $150 down payment to have Judd repair my windshield. Ali booked my appointment then rescheduled with me day of, claiming her van broke down. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and rebooked. She then never called to let me know they wouldn’t be showing up for my rescheduled appointment. When I asked for a refund Ali told me her internet was down and claimed she could only Venmo my refund. I gave her the benefit of doubt again and rescheduled the appointment because I didn’t want to give her even more of my personal information. I texted her day of to confirm I was on her books and she confirmed that Judd would arrive between 3-6 after visiting park city. Judd never arrived and Ali stopped answering my calls and texts. I called for a refund this morning and she told me her internet was down again and that I’d have to be patient and give her some time. After getting my husband involved she claimed her internet was down again but said her customer service rep would refund us in 7-10 days. I truly think this is a fraudulent business. Don’t waste your precious money on Ali and Judd. They won’t even show up for the service they advertise as selling. This does not appear to be a legitimate business or have integrity."

"My honest experience: I made an appointment online (paid the $150 deposit) and was contacted immediately requesting vehicle info to include VIN. On my appointment day the technician was over 20 mins late and no one bothered to call, text, or apologize to let me know the status. The tech took a look at my windshield and realized that he brought the incorrect one. He stated that he was going back to the office to sort it out and would call me back with a follow-up. I didn't receive a call back, so I called him back about 2 hours later and he still didn't find the correct glass for me. He stated that he would call me back after making another call but I still haven't received the call back... I've requested for my $150 deposit back asap and will be going with another company that charges more, but probably cares more about their customer service."
