Peterson's Pharmacy

"Peterson's is often fine, but we've had too many issues with them to give them a good review. I'm giving two stars instead of one because, again, they're usually fine. However, we have twice been told after believing our refill was in good order that they didn't have it in stock on the day we were to pick it up; the worst that has ever happened at a chain pharmacy in that regard was being told up front that they did not have it in stock, but never after the order was accepted. My worst experience, though, was standing at the counter for more than ten minutes while waiting for the pharmacist to stop chatting to the side with some friends, with me clearly visible. An assistant had come to tell me that the pharmacist needed to do something with the order, and told the pharmacist so while she was chatting. When the pharmacist finally came over and glibly asked, "Have you been helped?", I responded as non-angrily as I could, "No, I've been waiting for you." Then, she didn't even have the decency to deal with me herself; she had her assistant take over, and I heard the assistant telling her, "I told you that you needed to help him....""

"This is one pharmacy that has all my prescriptions in stock and they fill them without me having to call to ask every time. It's really hard to find pharmacies that carry a couple of my prescriptions but Peterson's pharmacy is really good on keeping things stocked"

"I have been going to this pharmacy for about a year now, the first few times it was great. I had one issue with my insurance ever since that day I have got nothing but disrespect. I thought it would get better but it continued. I don’t even feel comfortable going there anymore because they are so rude."

"Solid, local pharmacy. I've been going there the past five years and they've always been super helpful and on the ball. Kind staff and I never have any issues and I go there once or twice a month. It's nice to have a localized feel in a world of "Walmart", "Walgreens", and other big corporate pharmacies."

"They are VERY EXPENSIVE, the pharmacy has been wrong so many times that it is hard to count. I intend to switch pharmacies as soon as I find out where the Fresh Market Pharmacists went. The drugs are more, the food is more. It almost seems they have added the price of Fresh Market together and Peterson's together and that is now the new price. I'm disappointed, we lost such a good store, to be taken over by people that have flown in and are taking advantage of being the only store within a short distance. I will never be a loyal Peterson shopper. I used to be. But, they are not the same store now. Someone has to pay for that newly remodeled story, you would just think they wouldn't try to do that all at once. The pharmacy just plain sucks.!"
