"Horrendous wait times just to speak to someone in the pharmacy. I’ve waited one-two hours. Curbside pickup is a joke. Consistently get double billed for prescriptions. App always offers to have prescriptions as part of my curbside pickup order, but employees cannot understand that I’ve already paid online. Worse, they refuse to give me a receipt. I’ve gotten a hand written receipt twice."
"Today I took my granddaughter to get her Covid Vaccine. She is 7. She got so scared that she climbed under the chairs that are set out for waiting people. So many people working at Walgreens tried to help us! Several people went out of their way to encourage my granddaughter to get her shot. The two women giving shots were so kind and patient. I’m sorry to say that we had to finally hold her down with her dad there, but after it was over, a very nice young man let her pick a toy car from a bin. This day was traumatic for me too! I thought we would be there until closing trying to convince her. I appreciate all the kind people at Walgreens who tried every way possible to help me and my granddaughter! Thank you so much!"
