Costco Wholesale

"This is honestly the only negative experience I've ever had at Costco. I usually love this place. Used the pharmacy today after my daughter needed some meds. From the time it was ordered to the time i got my meds was close to an hour. I had my daughter with me who was in tears because of pain. I had to wait which is is honestly a minor frustration. The pharm tech finally got my meds and threw them in the bag as she turned and walked away. I took my bag and started to walk away a little frustrated but just ready to get home after a long day. I heard from behind the glass "your welcome". I can understand being frustrated with a situation and a customer but it was really uncalled for. I'm not going to be back"

"How bad they made me feel in this place, I tell you my story, I was in the self-checkout line and suddenly I had several people waiting for me, my turn came and this person in a red vest named Lily approached me (I know this because of her ID). ) and tells me he needs to see my card and photo, to which I wonder why the white blonde people in front of me didn't ask? (I have nothing against her), why should I show it to you? Why does my skin color or race make you think I don't have it? Isn't it supposed that they already saw her at the entrance? How bad this person made me feel, I consider that if they are going to ask you to show your identity it should be for everyone and not just for a certain group of people."

"Who doesn't love Costco. It is one of my favorite stores on the planet, and most things are at a great price. They always have high quality products, great service, it's always very clean, and they have one of a kind deals in bulk! They have a great vitamin and supplements section, lots of great healthy clean foods. Great produce and of course great furniture, kitchen supplies, and amazing outdoor toys abd camping gear."

"Very nice building, and the employees I ran into were kind. Costco always has amazing items, though basically everything is in bulk, so I don't recommend small families coming here. It's definitely good if you want a personal store at home, or if you're in college and you want stuff, so you don't have to worry about getting more soon. Side note: you need a membership to get in, but if you have a big family or want things in bulk, it is very worth it."

"I have never had an issue with the way this Costco operates. I have been very impressed how quickly the staff has helped us while they have been very busy in the food court. They offer more menu items than I anticipated and I am so pleased with this Costco location!"
