Costco Pharmacy

"Worst pharmacy ever. It’s always someone else’s fault and never theirs. They refuse to take electronic prescriptions from the doctor. I call for refills and I’m told two hours and it’s now been five hours and it’s still not ready. Don’t waste your time. Costco should be ashamed of this behavior. The app really sucks too."

"Just waited almost a month for the right brand of the medication that I take because the other brands negatively affect me to the point where I can't take them. I was told the first time to call the next day for them and I did and they were out and then they said wait till the first of the month and we promise we will have them. So they updated my notes two or three different times to make sure that they would have them in the beginning of the month and big surprise they still don't have them or gave them out to other people already so I've been without my medication for almost a month. I obviously would have tried other locations by now if I wasn't promised my brand at the beginning of the month by several of their employees. How does it go from updating the notes on you the day before they say they're going to get them to calling the next day and them saying yes it's in the process of being filled and then you don't hear from them, call them the next day and they're gone. Absolute nightmare. Dealing with the pharmacy really shouldn't make you physically ill and sick to your stomach but this one will. The pharmacist is a professional liar. Save yourself the time and energy and go anywhere else but here unless you like to deal with pieces of s*** that don't care about you"

"They told us they would call to transfer our medications over. We had to stop in 2x over the next 4 days and ask if they had our prescription yet. We even called. They didn't communicate with us when there were errors. They said they couldn't get a hold of the old pharmacy (yet we called them 4x, even when in the store talking to the Costco pharmacy, and the old pharmacy picked up every single time). They didn't seem to be trying hard. The old pharmacy was like uhh we sent it and Costco said they didn't get it.... but somehow got 2 of the prescriptions out of 3? How would you get 2 but not 3? Maybe they just forgot to ask for the 3rd one and felt embarrassed so they tried to blame it on the old pharmacy not picking up. No idea why it took multiple days for a common birth control. We probably spent more time on the phone trying to get the medication stuff figured out than they did... and it's their job."
