"If you're buying a NEW BOSCH DISHWASHER for $900 and they tell you that you have to buy a "Junction Kit" for it as well as the $200 installation fee... TELL THEM the Junction Kit is INCLUDED inside the Bosch box. Don't listen to them or let them charge you for an additional one. . This happened to both myself, as well as my 83 year old mother. They don't care when you try to tell them what they did, nor will they correct it. You'll have to return the item within 30 days and for some reason they'll continue to tell people they need it when they don't."

"Bought a washer dryer set, was told it was in stock and could be delivered Tuesday of the following week... Tuesday came and got a phone call saying it would be Thursday. Then got another phone call saying they couldn't make it on Thursday - no new date. When I call there customer service number I get another date out in the future, but the guy from their appliance department says it should be delivered on Friday... Really have no idea if/when it is coming now. It's frustrating because I literally keep rescheduling my life and work schedule around this... work is going to start wondering why I have a phantom appliance delivery scheduled each day that never happens - I am starting to wonder the same thing..."

"The store is nice and pleasant to shop in when you don't need anything custom. The employees for custom products are all nice but never fully understand what you need and rarely respond or get back to you. After hassling for months, maybe even a year over a custom window I went to Home Depot and it was measured and installed within six weeks. And don't get me started on my custom french door. Just avoid having any custom products or deliveries."

"Historically have been treated well and really enjoyed this location. Unfortunately, it has gone down hill recently (2023). This weeks issue - We had a fridge (should be brand new) delivered today. I wasn’t home to inspect. Immediately notice the crushed box, then the “returned” sticker on the side. Open the box - the fridge isn’t in its original packing, door is broken off and dings and scratches everywhere. Lowes delivered a used returned fridge to a customer! Riverton Utah lowes. This is just the most recent issue. Would be very attentive with them as they don’t make the extra effort these days."

"Another good experience at Lowes. Picked up items for finishing a privacy wall on our deck. We didn't need help from anyone since we had already been here the week before to get these same items. We just needed to buy a few more. I always check out their plant selection. I love plants and will usually buy one if I see a type of plant that I don't have at home."
