"I’ve had some horrific experiences at other Walgreens locations, so I’m so happy to report a fabulous experience! Tori worked really hard to reach out to my insurance and get an early refill approved, and June did an incredible job running the drive thru when I picked up my prescription! I was the 4th car in line, and at other Walgreens locations, I easily could have been in that line for 20+ minutes. It took less than 5 minutes for me to get from the back of the line to the window! Thank you Tori & June for being amazing!"

"This store is one of the busiest stores in Utah. They are very helpful and even go out of their way to explain things. With the COVID-19 issue winding down the supplies of medications and needles are starting to catch up to the demand. I have been going to this location for over 10 years. When I was unable to get meds they explained why. More often it is due to the doctor's order to why I have not been able to get the items needed. They were easily fixed when I called my doctor. Thank you Riverton Walgreens."

"Double charged for my prescription because the person they are training doesn’t know how to use fast pass. And cannot get ahold of anyone about the charges. The person being trained is overwhelmed and extremely rude. This pharmacy has been understaffed for over two months. It is in need of good, fast and kind help."

"Recently I needed to fill a prescription for my wife. My insurance hadn't quite kicked in. The pharmacist, Vanessa at the Riverton location was heaven-sent. Vanessa took the time to explain our options and help us find a discount that we could use. And was very informative in our situation. Outstanding customer service is one of the reasons why we use Walgreens Pharmacy."

"The BasketCase no longer works here. Got let go cause he couldn't gain the gut to charge $60+ for Plan B. He knew he would eventually be cut from the team... But they also fined him $400 Also discounted nearly everyone's final totals.. He knew that "Policy's policy" but, he also didn't have any other warnings, or paperwork that was actually signed and turned in... Makes it look very targeted.. The new leadership started with taking his privileges away.. Took his car privileges away... Wouldn't let him challenge his customers to name a car anymore.. Wouldn't let him give HIS PERSONAL cars to customers.. They were hot wheels, tarmac, kinsmart, etc. From his own personal basket. He would challenge people to name a car... If they named whatever he put on the counter (AS HE WAS HELPING THE CUSTOMERS CHECK OUT) he would GIVE THE CUSTOMERS cars HE paid for himself.. OR They could pick from his basket... Giving him the nickname BasketCase.. He was fired eventually.. Knowing that he would be caught... But what would YOU do if a young girl came in tattered clothing with only a 20 dollar bill? Would YOU still charge her charge her 50 to 60 dollars? Knowing she had had something pretty bad happen to her? Didn't think so.. He had something special there.. Regular customers who genuinely worried about him... Great co-workers... Good leadership... And a schedule that worked with his Autism. It wasn't perfect.... There is ALWAYS room for improvement. "POLICY is policy". But fining the guy $400 AND termination does seem a bit much.. Could have just warned the guy first... Could have still fined the guy but still keep his job.. They could have gotten their money a LOT faster. The guy is currently applying for benefits... To help him pay for the fine.. But they may not see their money anytime soon. Shouldn't have IMMEDIATELY fired em. The store crew is not what it used to be."
