"Mountain View used to be a great pharmacy, they would mail out your prescriptions quickly with all needed items, as of late they have done a very poor job of getting prescriptions filled, mailed out and sent with all needed items, they also have been sending out prescriptions with the wrong info and to the wrong people in my home. I have brought this up a number of times with no corrections. It’s clearly time for us to find a new pharmacy…"

"Terrible logistics. I have now ordered twice and both times the delivery was a total mess. This week I ordered on Tuesday morning and was promised delivery on Thursday. on Wednesday I called again to make sure and they told me it won’t be ready to be delivered in time. But I could pick it up on Friday end of business, that would work. It’s a one hour drive for me but no problem because we urgently need the medication. On Wednesday night I get a call from a nonrelated employee who tells me that the product is ready and it will be delivered with no problem in the course of Thursday. Now, Thursday night I am calling because nothing has been delivered. I’m told the driver couldn’t find the address and therefore they mailed it with USPS and it will take the normal time to be delivered. I will fly to Europe tomorrow for four weeks and needed to take that medication with me now it’s not here. They have my phone number and sending me advertising message all the time but can’t call me if a delivery doesn’t work? Badly run business. Cannot recommend!"
