"I had a tiny carry-out order and the kid was evidently disgruntled that I didn’t tip. He became non-vocal, didn’t acknowledge my “thanks, have a good night”, and flicked me a thumbs up.. look I am a tipper but sometimes on fast casual corporate chains, I don’t feel it’s necessary when I’m just walking out with my food. They should pay you more then. These entitled kids have it backwards, now I’m less likely to want to tip if I come back. Also, our pizza that was suppose to have extra cheese had less than the regular one, so they stole a topping. I never trust these corporate pizza places to actually give extra cheese. It’s the worst kind of pizza"
"The driver had my order in the car for 47 minutes, after it sat at the restaurant for 15. The food is all cold, old, and awful. I spent $60 on this order and have been on hold for the last 20 minutes, and they will not answer the phone. I called back 6 times, and they picked it up and hung up every time. Also, I did not receive my bread bites at all, and the pizza was on the wrong crust. I WILL never order from here again, and I will demand a refund. If they do not call me back and make this right, I will be there tomorrow. I have never dealt with such unprofessional behavior in customer service. To ruin someone's order, and then refuse to take phone calls. 12:37pm 2/10/2024 Update: These animals, never responded to the phone, email, or app help where I reported that there were missing items, and the food was old as dirt and less edible. I never received a refund or apology. Use ANY other location. 2/27/2024"
