Domino's Pizza

"Order was placed online for delivery, shortly after that I received a call from the manager Carson stating there has been a problem with Dominos network flooding in too many orders with only having one driver. He presented me with two options: having my order still delivered at a discounted rate but it will be late, or I can pick up at also a discounted rate with further compensation. I chose to pickup as delivery wasn’t absolutely necessary. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Carson with my order, delivery charge removed and a complimentary desert. With the troubles at this moment Carson delivered great customer service and communication which lacks in many businesses these days. All of this and my order was still correct, fresh, and hot. Props to you Carson for managing a bad situation effectively."

"Ordered on line and picked it up. Got all the way home to find its was the COMPLETELY wrong order. Even though they called me by name! Drove all the way back to get MY order, an embarrassed.....NON APPOLIGY! No offer of explanation or making it right. I get home with the correct pizza and it's absolutely COLD!!!! SOUNDS LIKE A CALL FOR PIZZA HUT!!!"

"My food was finished cooking and sat there for 27 minutes before the delivery driver left towards me. Food was completely cold by the time it got to me, and all they offered to make up for it was 1 pizza. I ordered 3 items similarly priced to a pizza, so I expected either a full refund or a better coupon than that. This dominoes is also not very good, the dominoes near my work is 5x better and always more consistent with their food."

"I recommend anywhere else but this Dominoes location. At other Dominoes locations it would be fine. This location has time and time again skimped on everything possible. In the old days they were great but over the last few years they’ve really gone downhill. At first it was the cheese. They would sprinkle the bare minimum amount of cheese to even consider it pizza. Now the crust is so thin? I ordered “hand tossed” Hawaiian? This pizza is so paper thin, not as depicted in the “hand tossed “ pictures online. If i wanted thin crust I would’ve asked for it."

"Arrived early at the pick up window. We gave the name and the employee said ok and disappeared. Next thing we know he's loading delivery bags, then out the door with 3 deliveries... we see another employee come near the window, load more delivery bags and he never acknowledges us. Finally after 13 minutes at the window, we go in and all that's said is, sorry it's extremely busy. Pizza gets home, luke warm, the thin crust is burnt, broken and cold... the half cheese side of the pizza was covered with additional sausage and pepperoni... the worst pizza I've ever received and the service has much to be desired."
