Pizza Hut

"Where to start, I thought this Pizza Hut was going to be nice as it's brand new... Oh man was I wrong. There was a language barrier when I was trying to order breadsticks, I had to repeat myself about four times. Then what I wanted was hot pizza sauce. I was given cold pizza sauce and I had to say it three times, he took it back and then made it colder. After that, his co-worker stuck in the oven for a couple seconds which warmed it up a little bit, but not anywhere near hot. When I walked in both him and his co-worker were sitting at a booth in the dining area eating with everyone else. When somebody walked in he stopped eating, came up, took care of them and then went back to the same table. I watched him not wash his hands when he went to go grab food and then back to his table with his co-worker. I asked his co-worker where the napkins were and she grabbed them for me (she was eating as well). So I said I would grab them. The silverware that they have out for everyone has water spots all over it so I had to ask for plastic silverware that was sealed. Also the breadstick that I ordered they weren't even cut. I had to grab a fork and a knife and cut them myself. The bathroom is really dirty. The only thing that's really nice about this place is the exterior. This place needs work! The Pizza Hut in Tooele has a lot better service even though it's an older building."

"Do not order the The Big New Yorker pepperoni pizza thinking your going to get something that looks like the picture on the website. Online pics have this pizza loaded with pepperoni, in reality it has 3 slices of pepperoni on each slice."

"Order my pizza about 4pm to be picked up at 6pm. Went to the pickup window. Pizza was not ready yet. Pizza got done about 605 then I had to wait on thy bread sticks another 5 or so min. No big deal. I ordered the deep dish pepperoni lover's. Got home and it looked nothing like it. Called the store talked to the manager. This is why only the 3 stars. It's not the first time I have ordered this pizza. He didn't believe me that this was just a regular pepperoni pizza. So I took pics and told him I'll see him in a few. And that I want what I paid for. Get back to the store pulled up to the window and one of the workers helped me out. Showed him the pizza and he even said ya that's not a deep dish pepperoni lover's. Mr. Manager I get some people only want to complain for free food. Not all of us are like that. We only want what we paid for. No need for attitude to the customer. It was kinda funny when you looked at the pizza and realized someone messed up and it was not the customer. You wouldn't even apologize to me for your attitude over the phone. And the store was not even that busy. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me at the window wish I knew your first name. Mr. Manager you need more customer training. Be more like the employees."

"Look, the pizza crust is spectacular. Probably the best out there, and the crust options are fun. I don’t think dinning in is the best option however. Maybe if it was more pizza bar like? It is way more efficient to order and pick up rather than dine in and wait the same time it would take to just wait at home. Just be prepared to wait on a Friday or Saturday. I am sure I will order more pizza in the future, but carry out."
