"If I could rate them no stars I definitely would. TWICE they’ve messed up my car. I went in for an oil leak & they said it was “this” & then it was “this” & then it still didn’t get fixed. They kept my car for 2 days completely because they wanted to make sure they really fixed the issues. Stripped my bolts for a Valve Cover replacement & then taped up a hose for my coolant to my engine. Having to go to ANOTHER auto shop just for them to fix their mistakes. Turns out my oil leak was coming from my Turbo oil line on my car & another auto shop found it within a couple of hours, fixed it no more oil leaks. I spent $2,300 for them to “fix” an oil leak that apparently they couldn’t even truly find where it was. Waste of my time & could’ve ended in me having to buy a new car because they only care about money for their company not taking care of vehicles truly! I have all the paperwork to prove it as well & receipts & names."

"I love these guys. Joel and Keenan are the best! This is the second time I've used them and they continue to exceed my expectations. They correctly diagnosed and replaced the front drive line on my 2008 Jeep commander this week. It was done in less that 24 hours. These guys are amazing and they really know what they are doing. "I had a positive experience with Royal Auto Group and I recommend them. I was on a road trip from California to New York when my alternator gave out in Nevada. The repair they did lasted the rest of my trip to New York, back to California, and still rolling. I couldn't find anyone in rural Nevada who could work on my car or even sell me the part to do it myself. When Joel was speaking to me on the phone he asked me if my alternator was on top of the engine, I knew I had found my shop because he was right. I had my car towed to Royal based on that fact and was not disappointed. It was the day after the 4th of July and the shop was busy, but they found time to get my car a quick fix and me back on the road in a matter of hours. The local part store did not have my particular alternator in stock, so the owner of Royal drove to Salt Lake City to get it that day! I sat inside the shop watching Joel run everything and help his mechanics solve problems, he did a great job. Good people work here. Thank you Joel for helping us get home safe!"
