"Outstanding Service!!! This was my first time taking a car to Master Autotech, and i can safely say that I’ve found my new shop. I tried getting my clutch replaced at a couple other shops first, but they didn’t seem to want the job. I called and talked with Jason before bringing my car in to make sure i wasn’t just wasting my time again. He was super easy to work with right away, and they made room for my car immediately. I got my new clutch, as well as a couple of other things that I’ve wanted done for a while. I will definitely be going back!"

"These guys are incredible! My car sat for two years without running. I was expecting to spend a pretty penny. However, these guys got me back in my car for far below what I thought!! Not only that, but they got my car back to me in literally 24 hours. An oil change and a battery was all that was needed. These guys could've been dishonest and charged me for all kinds of things. "Updated: after finding out about our antifreeze they called us and offered to make it right! I am so excited to see an amazing business like this in Tooele. It’s a refreshing change of pace for sure! 5 ⭐️’s all day long!!! They did repair our car and even reached out to have the warranty paid by the original company. They replaced our starter with a better option so it will last longer. The reason I did a 4 star was when we picked up our car the overflow cap was barley cracked open. Unintentionally I believe, as it was barley open. We drove not knowing it and ended up the antifreeze leaking out the overflow reservoir and overheating a bit and had no other option but to buy the wrong kind of antifreeze so now we have to flush the system. Other than that, the issue we had was repaired and the customer service was overall good."

"I have a 2002 Saturn. I knew that I would be charged a diagnostic fee. I thought that that would be my biggest fee. But oh my goodness no. I haven’t taken my car in a shop for a very long time. They replaced the radiator, its hoses, the thermostat, the coolant recovery tank, and its two hoses. The engine water pump, the engine coolant thermostat housing assembly, the engine coolant reservoir, and put custom engine coolant in it. Which cost 18.89. (I had left my bottle of coolant on the passenger side of the car but it evidently wasn’t up to snuff.) Okay, then they replaced both side mirrors, and the washer fluid reservoir. I had to take out two loans to pay for the work. It was a little over two thousand. I will be paying for this for another year or so. But beloved car back and I think it will get me through the winter. These people were were kind and patient with this old lady. Smilingly trying to understand me. My powers of communication on the phone are dismal, at best, and just slightly better in person. But I love them for being gentle and good with me. I highly recommend them."

"THIS COMPANY EASILY SAVED US OVER $16,000!!!! My husband and I drove 4+ hours from our home-state to a small car lot located here in Toole. We came with intentions of adding, what we thought, would be the perfect new vehicle for our family’s yearly camping adventures. After we began the test drive, it was clear something was off with this suburban, and the staff’s story from the dealership wasn’t adding up. We requested to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected. They were trying to encourage us to go with their local repair preference. But, I personally go with google reviews, and people who don’t have any affiliation with those I’m buying from, as we could be easily manipulated. We chose this location. It was luckily right down the street. They informed us the cost and said it would be about an hours worth of time for testing. Within 10 minutes, I get a call from Sandtec asking if we could come back to the shop, the mechanic would like to speak with us. We returned, and the mechanic introduces himself, explains they we’re not going to charge us as it’s 100% evident that this Suburbans engine is ready to seize. He goes on to explain thoroughly all of the signs, sounds and codes that give away this vehicles engine is finished. He could have easily charged us the $100+ cost, and then told us it was done for after an hour - but chose not to! INTEGRITY AT ITS FINEST! I can’t thank you guys enough! You give me hope for America that there is still honest people out there! I will recommended you for the rest of my life to anyone I know who is passing through or near you location! You’ve earned my deepest admiration! Pleasure meeting you all. ($6,000 price of the vehicle + price of evaluation + $10,000+ for a new engine!)"
