"Wellit may not be the Jack rabbit car wash it is the one down by legacy cleaners across from the road and further west its not on maps understandably. I stopped here because I thought out here imay get more time compared to car washes in dfw. I put in close to$10 and got 6.50 minutes. $10 in dfw would have yielded about 20 minutes. I hate that iam leaving this for jackrabbit unless they are owned by same people"

"Paid for the $10 wash and did not work. Sprayed soap on the hood of my car then quit. I had to go across the street to pay to wash it myself. I’ve chased this company all week, calling their 800 # and repeatedly leaving messages, all to no avail. Their manager at the Bowie location did cal to offer “tokens” for a replacement wash, but I do not want to patronize this business at ALL and want a full refund. Entirely unprofessional & unethical business practices. I paid for a service I did NOT receive. Full refund ASAP and I’ll be reporting them to the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and I’ll shout from the rooftops how crooked they are."

"The brushes do not reach your car. The tire scrubbers also don't reach your car. The rainbow foam is not working. It's hardly any good for the express deal. The owner needs to put cameras in the bay path so it can be seen that problems exist instead of watching people vacuum their cars. Also one of the vacuums is broken. Also if their is an issue and you call and leave a message they won't call you back. You know i don't know why i even go here. Changing from 2 to 1 start."
