"Great customer service!!! We had a puncture in our tire on the hwy, my husband called and was quoted $20 to patch it. When we got there they were very welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our tire was patched nicely!! When my husband was ready to pay he was told “No charge.” In Houston we don’t come across people like this anymore. If you need any vehicle work done or tires go to this place in Bowie! They are very nice and honest! You just don’t come across people like this at all anymore. We come to Saint Jo once a year and look forward to coming back next year!"

"If you want your vehicle to be fixed and running at a reasonable price , this is not the place to bring your vehicle. Very un knowledgeable mechanic and supervisor with little to no communication skills. If they aren’t faking it , they are breaking it. Words from their own mouth. "I honestly can't say enough good things about the guys at cross tire. I was traveling from Florida to New Mexico. I stayed a night in Bowie and the next morning my truck suddenly didn't want to start. I called roadside assistance and had it towed. By chance, the tow truck driver recommended that I go to Cross Tire if I planned to be back on the road soon. I got there just as they were opening for the day. Jacob, the manager wasted no time getting the truck in the bay to have his mechanic diagnose it. They had a diagnosis before I left the shop and jumped on the truck immediately. Unfortunately there was a wait time to get parts but Justin, the mechanic at the shop, made my truck a priority knowing that I had to get back on the road. Through a series of circumstances, the truck wasn't quite ready by closing time. The entire crew stayed late. By the time the truck was ready, it was late and I decided to spend one more night in Bowie. When I got to the hotel, the truck died again. Jacob came and met me in the hotel parking lot at 8:30 at night. We figured out what was wrong and came up with a plan. At 10pm, Justin drove to the hotel parking lot with a part that the truck needed. He crawled under the truck on the cold ground in the rain and got the truck running so that I could get home the next day. These guys went so far beyond customer service that I don't know how I could ever properly thank them. If I ever have vehicle trouble in Bowie again, believe that I will be calling Cross. Thank you so much guys! Don't be surprised when a random pizza shows up at the shop."
