"Hi everyone I just thought that I would share this with everybody that reads reviews on this place I would honestly reconsider to go somewhere else because I was there having them take pictures of my two front fenders on my F350 and they told me to wait two three days so I waited until over the weekend to find out what my quote would be on getting a price to get my fenders on my truck repainted or replace the driver side fender and repaint I have waited for about 2 or 3 months now and they said they sent me an email and I didn't get no email and when I call them back they have no proof that they took pictures of my truck to give me a price to get my fenders in the front repainted I've been going around around with these people and they don't have their act together they don't know what they're doing and all they can say is they deal with a lot of people so apparently they don't have there priority straight so I decided to call it quits with these people because they're honestly not able to keep up with pictures that they took pictures of my vehicle and getting back with you with a honest answer in a timely manner it's ridiculous maybe they need to hire more people more staffing or something"

"I hit a big deer, head on, in my 2011 Avalon. I took my car to Edwards Body Shop. David took great care and replaced the front end better than it's ever looked before. I've had front end replaced in the past but never replaced as precise as this shop did. I've had her back for over a month now and everything's going great. Lisa at the front desk is awesome. It's like being with great friends up there. I hope I've never hit a deer again but if I need Edward's body shop that's where I'll go."

"My truck had been up there since September. It sat in the same spot and never got tore down or even pulled into the shop. I had gotten told by Rusty that he had a hard time getting in contact with Allstate; and was told by Allstate that he wouldn't hardly communicate with them via email. Finally after almost 4 months i had the truck towed to Karl Klement in Decatur. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. After calling several times to check the status of the truck i got nothing. Not even a date to pull it into the shop to start on it. Im very disappointed with the lack of service i received from Edwards and lip service i had gotten. The same day i had it towed to Karl Klement they gave me a loaner truck free of charge for a month. Small town, good ole boy system at its finest. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN. Karl Klement is going to be my first choice from now on."
