"Last year on my Kubota Zero Turn they didn't diagnose my issue with a fuel leak in the carbonator. Instead, they drain the fuel tank and by the time it was done my costs was well over $500. I had to take the unit to Six & Mango to get fixed correctly. This past week when servicing my RTV1100 they said my diesel fuel was contaminated with gasoline and again they drain the tank. I've always used farm diesel with no additives and the unit was running fine when I brought it in. My view is they don't have a clue what they are doing, and I will NEVER use their service department again. I should have posted a picture of the dirt they left on the interior mate and the overall filthy condition it was in."

"Good service and sale. Manager Rick was so helpful. Customers for life. Update: We had service on tractor parts and there was some misunderstanding and miscommunication. Lisa in the Service Dept fixed everything and she delivered the best service and made a nightmare of an issue turn into a great one.
