"I had an amazing experience here! I went in to get my first pair of pointe shoes. I’m 19 and getting my first pair. I was really nervous that I would be judged or expected to know exactly what shoe I wanted/needed. The staff was all so kind, very knowledgeable, and kept their small store very clean and uncluttered! When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by one of the staff even though it was really busy. She helped me and others in the store quickly and efficiently. She was very kind and made sure I had all the necessary items I needed. All the staff knew exactly what they were talking about and that helped me feel very good about my purchase and it shows how much effort they have put into their job! I also noticed as the shop was very busy with about 5 other girls getting fitted for pointe shoes they kept the place nice and clean as they went back and forth from the back of the store where they kept all the pointe shoes to all the customers they were helping! They all worked like a well oiled machine! It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back!"
"Super frustrated. I showed up at 5:20 on a weekday and they were closed when their hours on the door said they closed at 6:00! Online it says they closed at 6:00 as well."

"I just drove two hours to get a new pair of pointe shoes for my daughter. The girl is absolutely no help!! Every time I have been in they have been so helpful finding a pair to fit her. Today we can’t even get her to bring shoes or check the fit and now she has moved on to another customer. Totally irritating."
