"I wish I’d seen reviews before. This is an $11 sandwich that comes with a side salad (small cup of lettuce - which I added to my sad sandwich that had one piece of the white end of lettuce). Hardly any chicken salad on it. I also waited in the drive thru for a very long time with only 2 cars ahead of me. Update: I called to ask if I can order something different and they said to come back when I can and get a new order"

"So I ordered a slice of raspberry cream cheese pie. When I picked up my order they had a raspberry tart in the bag instead of a slice of pie. When I got the slice I ordered, it had only a few pieces of crust and very little cream cheese filling and was just a pile of raspberry topping."

"This review is only in relation to the all-you-can-eat French toast. It's delicious and a good value. Their lunch items are overpriced, in my opinion. So if I'm choosing somewhere to go for lunch, it probably won't be here. But if I'm feeling French toast, it'll definitely be here."

"I did an online order last week for Thanksgiving tomorrow- one banana cream pie and a chunky cinnamon bread. Got there today at my pickup time and they had SOLD my cinnamon bread that morning!!! WTH??? My online order guarantees the item doesn’t it???? My family was looking forward to French toast tomorrow but alas won’t have any. Add to that, I wanted two slices of pumpkin pie, which the gentleman working there refused at first because there was only a whole pie left and they wanted to sell it whole. After encouragement from the customer behind me, he relented and sold me two pieces of pie. THEY ARE THE SMALLEST MOST SADDEST pieces of pie I’ve ever seen!!! They should have just given me the slices as compensation for selling my cinnamon bread. They did offer some sweet bread but not the same at all! I order here for my company lunch all the time but definitely will not be going back. I know it’s the day before thanksgiving but TERRIBLE experience. Go to a different Kneaders!!!!!"

"Have always loved kneaders and it’s our go to place for breakfast. We always order the croissant sandwiches but today was a very TERRIBLE experience. The lady at the register clearly didn’t know what she was doing and got the order wrong and charged us incorrectly. Had to get help from coworker to fix the charge and order. Order finally came and oh boy. The croissant is a sad excuse of a sandwich and definitely not what we have been getting in the past. Workers are nonchalant and just don’t care. Poor customer service. The photos don’t give it enough justice. At least they had the courtesy to slap a piece of cheese with it. Tasted like gas station cold sandwich. Tossed it in trash and went to the Orem kneaders. Over there, they know what kneaders service is and should be. Never coming back to this branch. Clearly run by Poor management."
