"Came here and made a purchase. We had asked for a receipt they said the machine was down and could no longer print. They had us type our email for a receipt we verified it twice. We waited and never received an email. We called shortly after and they said there was absolutely nothing they could do. We then called the next day. We explained the situation and needed a receipt since we had made the purchase for a client who lives in a state facility. The lady who I spoke with claimed to be a manger and said her name Emma. This is the rudest person ever definitely needs to work on her communication skills and how to manage. It’s not our fault the receipt machine was down. But instead of her being understanding she was completely rude and had a nasty attitude. This is not good customer service. Save your time and find a manger who will attract customers and not drive them away. Through the entire phone call she was rude and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s also very strange how when we called yesterday the staff said they couldn’t do anything then she claimed she could not pull receipts up. Then magically she can. Customer service isn’t picking and choosing when to help but actively trying to help customers. Not only was she a brat but also lied."

"The manager was very rude. I was buying an outfit and the cashier needed the manager for approval and she gave me attitude the whole time acting very rude. She was short with me and acted as if i didn’t know what I was buying. She walked away before I could even ask questions about delivery options. The cashier however was nice and helpful. I didn’t get her name but she had black curly hair. I’d give 1 star if it weren’t for her. I will not be returning to this location."

"This Foot Locker provides great service. There are a lot of aspects that are great about this store. First, they provide many trusted brands in their store like Nike, Adidas, Uggs, New Balances, etc. This makes this store so convenient for shoe shopping because it has a wide selection. Next, when you walk in, the store is clean. Everything in the store is very accessible and very well organized. Finally, they provide great customer service. When I was there they gave me great suggestions as well as they were very patient with me. The employees were very understanding and friendly during the whole visit."

"This store is toxic, my daughter bought a pair of new release shoes. In her excitement she didn't look at the shoe until we got home. She noticed stitching was off & was very crooked. We tried to exchange within the week. The Manager a short woman claimed to be the manager. She was rude. She said the shoes looked horrible & ask us what can she do with these shoes since she couldn't sell them because they were poorly made.We explained to her that how we felt & it wasn't a cheap, so we like an exchange. She wouldn't return or exchange even though they had never been worn & the reciept was present. This is not what Nike values & ethics are. They claim their mission is to making a positive impact in communities where they live and work.” this is unacceptable & not okay for us customers to deal with a power hungry manager.I hope the real owner reads & makes a change us customers deserve."

Poor customer service:

"Terrible customer service. I went in to the store to return a pair of shoes that have never been worn. They were a Christmas gift and I didn't have a receipt. The policy says, "Returns WITHOUT a receipt for unworn merchandise are exchangeable for merchandise or a merchandise return card in the amount of the lowest selling price for the last 60 days..." When I asked for a gift card, I was told it's been longer than 60 days & I couldn't return them. When I pointed out the policy, the manager said that it meant I could only return them for 60 days from when I bought them, which doesn't make any sense because if I don't have a receipt, how would they know when I bought them? When I pointed out that isn't what the policy says, he said, "Do you not know grammar?" Then he said, "What?! Do you want to talk to a manager? I'm the manager. I can walk to the back of the store and then come back out here." Then he said I could talk to the general store manager, Emma. He called her up, making it clear he was dismissing us. She was just as rude as him. She refused to even acknowledge that they were interpreting the policy wrong. She simply said, "That's my policy," meaning no returns after 60 days. I will never buy anything from that store."
