"I've been coming here quite a bit. I always order the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. It is always always ALWAYS topped with cinnamon. Not just at this location, but every location I have ever been to. I never ask for it. There wasn't any cinnamon on top so I asked maybe they ran out?? The young gentleman rudely says to me, it doesn't come on top. We never put it on top. One, yes they always do, and two why are you being rude arguing with a customer that's already paid? I will not be coming here anymore."
"The employee who served my mom and I had absolutely amazing customer service. Her name was McKenna. She had good recommendations for my mother who wasn’t familiar with a drink, she listened and was patient, then she asked my mother if she wanted to try the drink before leaving so my mom could see if she liked it. Thank you for the amazing service."
"Me and my girlfriend went to get coffee at this Starbucks because it’s the closest one to our house. We usually get it from the one in Norman which rarely gets anything wrong with our simple order. My girlfriend got a coffee frappe and this what they gave her. There’s barely any coffee in it!"
"I revisited this Starbucks after a while, and I have to say, it was a much better experience this time around. My previous visit left me dissatisfied, but they truly exceeded my expectations with the flavor and taste of the coffee. Despite the busy crowd, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my coffee within just 5 minutes. Impressive turnaround!"
"This is such a poorly operated business. There is always a ton of help standing around, yet somehow they’re still completely inefficient. I ordered a $5-$6 bacon Gouda sandwich and made it to work to see there was no bacon on it. Small and expensive and couldn’t even make sure there was bacon on it?! It beggars belief. Maybe they should focus less on virtue signaling and more on customer service and business operations."
