"How can you say that you specialize in family medicine and you take Medicare and you are looking for new patients but I had a scheduled appointment and I’m in the computer yet you won’t see me because I’m not 65 years old. That’s age discrimination and I will be contacting an attorney because that’s not right and the lady was not very nice or helpful it’s like all she knew how to say is he won’t see you you’re not 65 over and over again never saying I can refer you to another dr or anything. If I could give this office a zero star review I would."
"After learning I was on Medicare before the age of 65 due to being disabled they refused to see me anymore and even went as far as sending me a certified letter telling me this and was very rude when I called them to ask why and all they could say was its office policy. Sorry anyway you look at it it's discrimination!!!!! Would highly recommend staying away from this type of service."
"I have always enjoyed going to Dr Wilbanks, I believe that he takes care of my needs well and is always concerned for my well being. I can almost always get an appointment quickly. I am not that good of a patient, being the typical man, but he seems to really know his stuff and reminds me of the hometown Doctor of the past, caring takes his time and knows his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
