"I refuse to shop here anymore. It seems like every other time I come into this store, there is an employee (I'm assuming the manager) by the name of Lara that speaks to the other employees so condesendingly and disrespectfully. I'm sure they aren't being paid enough to listen to that, and I'm not sure how they can stand it. I will no longer be supporting companies that allow this kind of toxic management. She has always been kind to me as a customer, but that doesn't mean much to me now that I see how she treats the staff."
"The mail you defective clothing and want take them back if the tags taken off. And they are very very rude about it. I literally had yhe clothes in house e days there is no way I could have do anything to the clothes. For what you get they are way too expensive."

"I received notification that my order was in. I went to the store to pick it up. I was told they don’t have it. I called customer Service and was told the store should have it. Now I have to wait for it to get shipped out again. I used to come to this store quite often. I never had any issues until this month with my orders. I don’t know if there has been a change in the store or what. I don’t appreciate being told my order is not there when both UPS and customer service tell me it is there."
