"My wife and I have visited Mt Timpanogos / Sundance numerous times and this was our first time staying "off resort" as we brought the kids and wanted a bigger space. To not bury the lead, we'll be coming back with the kids more often and the Steward Mtn team is a big part of that reason. Friendly and welcoming, the team was in communication with us (email, text, phone; whatever your preference) days leading up to the trip as they truly offer a concierge service. FYI, some of the staff (one for sure) used to work at the Sundance Resort, so the level of detail and support we were accustomed to at the resort not only carried over but exceeded the resort experience. For instance, due to some unforeseen circumstances I found myself and my kids skiing on the mountain without a vehicle to get back to the house. Wyatt (host) was incredibly helpful and although he wasn't nearby was able to assist and find a driver to get us home - to be clear, this is not a service that was expected, but he graciously handled for our family. The home itself was wonderful, perfectly situated close enough to the resort/mountain in a private gated community, while also perfectly distanced for privacy. We used most all the amenities the house offered (hot tub, etc) and drove to Park City (50min away) and Midway (25min away) for tubing with the kids. The 'Hollow' (private access via Steward Mtn) was a lot of fun with the kids as we had private access to the zip-line; highly recommended. We felt perfectly safe with the kids at home if we needed to run an errand; it truly felt as though it was our home. We met some other home owners/renters during walks - everyone was gracious and kind. The check out process was a breeze and way easier than most other homes we've rented in the past. We told Wyatt and team to consider us "regulars" moving forward."

"We had a wonderful time up at Canopy on the Stream. It is a beautiful spacious cabin that fit our whole family perfectly. It is well maintained and we will probably rent that cabin again. The fireplace downstairs does not work but other than that, it was amazing! Stewart Mountain Lodging were wonderful to work with. We've stayed at a couple of different cabins now and will look forward to staying again!"

"I don't give 5 stars lightly... Sundance was the perfect ski resort for our family of 4 and 2 friends. Not crowded and plenty of runs. The house is amazing architecturally, cozy, warm, and everything you need. The views from the Master bedroom are ethereal. We love to have a wood burning fireplace but usually you are given no wood or 5 logs. The garage had a large, beautiful pile of local wood, split and uber dry. We loved to sit around the fire after a day of skiing. We never ate out as the kitchen made for easy meals in. What I can't overstate is the management company's service. We rented a 4 wheel drive for expected snow (we got 50" while there!) yet we were given a 2 wheel drive Suburban (I didn't know they weren't all 4 wheel drive)... 1 Star Dollar Rent A Car :) So the mgmt co. gave us a set of tire chains that fit the vehicle. They made sure we had supplies, checked on us, had the snow cleared daily and even seemed to have the roads done early on our early morning departure. One day the owner picked us up at the resort himself so we didn't all have to drag our ski gear! Just Superlative service!"

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Balsam Wood. we initially booked with VRBO, however, I would definitely book directly through Stewart Mountain Lodging, in the future! I cannot tell you how exceptional the service we received from Stewart Mountain Lodging. Upon booking, I was sent an email with all the details of our rental we had concierge service that was unbelievable. Their attention to detail and information was impeccable. Ally was our concierge, however, the entire team was amazing. Anytime we had a question or request they handled it flawlessly. Upon arrival, my family with blown away at how warm and beautiful our rental was. An amazing bedroom with comfortable beds to stay in. But I must say the master bedroom is like being in a winter Wonderland snow globe the pictures I have attached do not do it justice! We were lucky enough to get over 30 inches of snow while we were there. We did one into one problem with our rental car that is, we rented a suburban and was told that it was a 4 x 4, however, it was a 2wd. So getting 10 inches of snow on the first day we became stuck in the driveway. I called the rental office and Wyatt came to our rescue. He was able to give us walking directions to Sundance. He also arranged for someone to pick us up after we were done skiing. Come to find out, it was the owner of the company that picked us up and made sure we got back to our house safely. In addition they were able to get us snow for our tires so that we could get out of the driveway above and beyond. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials. Especially the kitchen the best part was that our entire family loves sitting around the real wood fireplace. I love that they did not have a TV in the living room. They had a loft area for those who needed a TV also one in the master bedroom. this made family time absolutely wonderful and for those of you that need Internet it worked great. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna too ! If you’re looking for a rental near Sundance ski resort… look no further! This was one of the best vacations ever!"

"My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Storybook Stone Cottage, and it was truly a magical experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our experience at the Storybook Stone Cottage was nothing short of magical.
