"Great vibes and immaculate taste. I heard about Teak when I was having brunch with my old buddies Ralph Lauren and Marc Jacobs in SoHo. Ralphie (we’re old squash teammates) leaned over to me with his 4th bottomless mimosa in hand and said, “Have you heard of Teak? You ABSOLUTELY must check it out.” I told him I had business in Singapore where I was looking to buy some recently discovered Victoria-era emeralds, so I supposed I could stop by on my flight over. It did not disappoint. Solid selection of large and small brands, curated to be timeless, yet chic. The owners are this rad couple who you need to make sure to chat with when you go, because they are delightful. Thanks Ralphie, ever since your 2017 Fall collection debuted, I was concerned you had lost your step, but the suggestion to check this gem of a shop out reassured me to your wisdom and taste."
"Well for starters the design of Teak is right down my alley with vintage European car items all over. The store is really first class with super nice well made clothing if you are a guy that wants to really dress well. The owner took the time to walk me from Teak over to the other store that specializes in the deus ex machina brand that I wanted for my son. Two super nice stores in close proximity to each other in the Shops at Riverwoods."
