"It’s been a horrible experience doing business with them. Bad customer service and they’re not even able to fix their own mistakes. We purchased 2 round trip tickets and was charged for 4. I called to complained and asked for this to be fixed and they keep blaming it on the airline company when I know I’m Maya’s Travel customer not Delta’s. It has been six weeks and i still don’t have my money back and I’ve have had to pay interest on those invalid charges. Completely incompetent."
