"The store is fine the inventory is okay. The staff however is extremely unfriendly. I been to this store a few times and there’s always that one staff member that acts like they’re doing u a favor charging you for an item you’re buying. I also had another member who wanted to create his own return policy and while ringing up another costumer got in the middle of my conversation with another member and said HEY MAN YOU CANT RETURN THOSE SHOES AND GET THESE. The staff needs some training on costumer service"
"First and last time I will shop here!! My nephew found a pair of shoes he wanted for Xmas. The price tag said $130. We bought them and when we got to the car I looked at my receipt and the charge was more than I thought it should be. I went back in and the girl who helped me was good it was the manager. The girl looked on line and it says the shoe was $140 now not $130 they just hadn’t changed the price in the store. She said she would talk with her manager and she if they could honor the $130. Manager comes out and flat out said NO but she did thank me for letting them know of this so they could change it in the store. I walked out and couldn’t believe it. Worse customer service ever. We ended up going to a couple other stores and he found a different pair of Nike shoes he like that were a lot cheaper so I returned the ones I bought. Again I’ll never go back this store again…I get it’s only $10 bucks but it’s the customer service part that was aweful"
"This store is new in the area and has a clean environment. Plenty of parking outside. We went to look for specific shoes and were able to find them. We did pay full price since this isn’t the factory store where you can find some of the older model of shoes for cheaper. Despite that, they do have a good selection of current Nike shoes for both women and men. Staff were friendly and quick."
"Love this store! Very dog friendly. The employees are so cool and the store is very well laid out and have a great sneaker selection. I wish they had kid clothes though! That would be amazing."
