"We went wedding suit shopping today and have started designing the custom suit! We also ended up getting a bow tie and a custom shirt, which have already made the suit shopping experience so exciting. We went through alll the different suit/tux options with Joey, who was absolutely phenomenal. He made this experience absolutely everything we could’ve wished for and more. He was patient, walked us through the custom options (that we’ll be going with!), helped us look at bow ties, ties, shoes, cuff links, and more. It would not have been the same without his friendliness and expertise!"

"I had a great experience! They have a really big clearance section and I was able to find the same model in jacket and pants for $150! Super happy with the suit and price. They had good service, the guy who helped us was great. They have a wide variety of colors and fabrics, I’d say they have more modern styles than Mr. Mac which I liked. Beautiful store, would definitely recommend for formal occasions!"

"These people are way better than Mr Mac, I went here after Mr Mac couldn’t help me cause they can’t alter pants that are “one size fits all” even though not all fit in the pants. These guys have suits and pants separate so you can get any size you need. Would recommend"

"Poor experience due to staff. Both employees at the store were apathetic and unprofessional. Everytime a customer left the store, the employees immediately starting bad mouthing them and I overheard them make a criticizing remark about me while I was in the changing rooms. As for customer help, any request was met with irritation by the staff members. The prices are also unjustifyingly steep... I ended up purchasing a suit of the same quality at JC Penney for the same price of renting from Men's Warehouse. Avoid business with this poorly ran outlet."

"Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would… I went into Mens Wearhouse 6 months before my wedding, planning to get me & my groomsman fitted for some tuxedo’s. The guy there talked us into renting, it’s much cheaper since you’ll most likely wear it only the one time, also said how since we’re getting fitted still it will all fit perfect. So we did just that, spent $1,500 on 9 rentals & they said we’d get them 3 days before the wedding, little scary but he said don’t worry it will all be great. Fast forward 6 months, week of the wedding, I still hadn’t been notified if my stuff had been delivered to the store. I call, they acted so unprofessional over the phone & acted as if I was a burden calling in to see if my stuff is ready. We all go over to pick it up 3 days before the wedding & of course my fear, first off the rentals were so outdated they looked like they’d been used since 1990 (buttons falling off, faded black, etc.) second off, everyone’s pants barely passed their knees & shirts were super baggy. It was a mess! The workers looked like they had no clue what to do. They finally get the groomsman pants hemmed to fit & we just had to make their outfits work. As for my tuxedo I rented, no way they could expect someone to wear this, let alone for their wedding… I was 3 days away from my wedding so my only option was to purchase a tuxedo which cost me another $900. So now here I am over $2,000 spent with this company, & not one sorry, not one expression that they feel bad. After talking with a manager, he says he can put 3, $50 coupons onto my account for a future purchase haha. As if I’ll ever spend another dollar there! I don’t recommend anyone either!"
