"Finding Dr. Haines was an answer to prayers! She has assisted my teenage son tremendously. Through the genetic testing she suggested, we found that the medication (from a different Dr) he was on was actually one his body could not metabolize and was making things worse for him. My experience is that she is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. Sometimes the wait to see her is long but, we have never felt rushed during our appointments to make up time. So grateful we found her."

"Dr. Haines is an excellent psychiatrist. I am so appalled to see these preposterous reviews. How can you respect yourself when you destroy a reputation of a doctor because of the medical assistant with a one-star review?? I do agree that Rick can be rude, uncaring, and I could see how he might have messed up appointments and scared people away. However Dr. Haines gives and gives of herself to the point that sometimes I just want to end the visit. She is more concerned about my mental health than I am most of the time. I attribute still being alive to Dr. Haines. I will, however, most likely never get on a psychiatric drug again however because nothing has worked for me and they have all damaged me. She did point me in the direction of getting checked for the MTHFR gene which I do have and now after being on L-methoyfolate for a few months and I feel much, much better. She also encouraged me to get Vitamin D injections and gave me many other recommendations for more holistic options, doctor recommendations, and even book recommendations. She used medications as a last resort, however was not shy in prescribing me when I asked, which I now regret ever doing. Dr. Haines has been the most dedicated doctor on my care team and she truly just wants my happiness. Consider that the other reviewers haven’t overcome what brought them to Dr. Haines before taking them seriously. I’ve had many horrible doctors but Dr. Haines restored my faith in humanity."

The receptionists, especially Rick, are very genuine, helpful and kind. He is very easy to talk with and listens to your questions or concerns with respect.
