"My first appointment I found out was canceled because I called with questions. Okay mistake. My second appointment turns out was virtual, which I was never aware of. I’ve been trying to be seen in person. Again found out because I had questions the day before. I have been waiting to be seen for three weeks when I could have just went somewhere else where they take mental health seriously with no “ virtual appointments “. This is ridiculous and a waste of my time. Don’t waste your time with them. Go somewhere where you are taken seriously."
