"Buckle your seatbelt. This isn't going to be a very nice review. BEWARE of these clowns. How it has a 4.5/5 on Google is beyond me. These guys really shouldn't be in business. I had a HORRIBLE experience just yesterday. Here's the DL: First they tell me on the phone to go to Lehi, and send me a text to Sandy. I called ahead and they said Lehi. Great. That's where I will go. Now, mind you, I had to plan around work and my children's schedules AND find a driver to come and stay with me. It was a hassle but I made it work. I began the prep and fasting Sunday night about bedtime. ALL DAY Monday I was nauseous, bloated, cramping. I followed the instructions EXACTLY. Monday night was awful as I didn't sleep either due to the stomachaches I had. 36 hours later, Before leaving, my stool was a little thick still, but almost meeting the requirements. I called and explained EXACTLY what it looked like. They said it's fine and to still come. I show up at Lehi, and they said I was in the wrong location. FML. I scrambled to get to Sandy next in the snow/rain that was going on. I get to the building, and they tell me I am in the wrong building, even though I am at the location the Lehi secretary wrote down. So now I am running across the street to the other building. I show up, and get checked in. 10minutes later they call me back, and I strip down. They asked me to pass a stool if I could, so, I went in and did it. It was even clearer than when I had last passed. You could see through it, even though it was a little cloudy and tan-ish. There were some tiny sediments at the bottom. The 20yo lady says, "Um, I need a second opinion." and she runs off to get the witchlord nurse. Witchlord nurse comes in and looks for 2 seconds and says, "Sorry. We can't see you today. It's not clear enough." I explained I had followed the rules, the website instructions about stool transparency, I had called ahead, the headaches of just being there and the prep and fasting I did and how uncomfortable I'd been the last 38 hours. I BEGGED her to let me wait 20minutes and try again because each stool was getting clearer and clearer. She flatly, coldly, said, "no." I asked for an hour extension, give me a chance. I humbled myself and explained about my kids, my ride situation, work, everything I'd gone through to get there. To please give me a few more minutes and see at least. She again wouldn't even budge. She just said no. Then she walked away, clearly I was bothering her because I am guessing everyone does whatever she says without question. The young and lost face girl nurse then tries asking if I can keep prepping and fasting until the next morning. Another 21 more hours, at 7am. I CANNOT BE THERE at 7am! I'd already told them about my kids getting up and to school. My work. Not to mention the ride. I was sick feeling, hungry, tired, and followed every rule and precaution. I called ahead, made sure everything was good to go. I can't just leave and come back like I have no life, not to mention feeling how crappy I felt, and to extend all of that. There's just no way. I explained this to them, clearly upset now. She just stared at me, lost puppy dog face, and said, "Well, we can try rescheduling you for a different day, and just make sure we do a 2-day prep next time so this doesn't happen again. ARE. YOU. FREAKING. KIDDING. ME?! 38 hours of Satan's house and garbage and misdirection and then being treated without any care, cause, compassion, empathy, or anything. Like I can just forget everything that has now happened and do it all over again and worse in another week or so? My stool was fine. According to websites, according to their website, according to everywhere I've read, I just needed to prove it one more time because there was only a little bit of sediment in the last stool, one more bowel movemand it would have been like 95% clear and they wouldn't listen to me or even try. And I was going in to make sure I don't have cancer on top of this. The whole reason for going in the first place. That was in their notes too. AVOID THEM!"
