"The office at mountain point doesn't have a doctor OR PA on staff!!! Only audiologists. What kind of ENT doctors office doesn't even bother to have a doctor on staff???"

"I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received in not only resolving the bill but also experiencing top-notch customer service throughout the process.Upon discovering the bill, I was quite concerned about how to handle it, considering the circumstances of being unaware of its existence until later. However, from the moment I reached out to Jay, his professionalism and dedication to helping me were evident. Not only did Jay efficiently guide me through the steps necessary to address the bill, but they also went above and beyond to explore options for reducing the amount owed. Their expertise and attention to detail played a crucial role in negotiating with the medical provider, ultimately resulting in a significant reduction in the bill. What truly stood out to me was Jays unwavering commitment to ensuring my satisfaction and peace of mind throughout the entire process. His prompt responses to my inquiries, clear communication, and willingness to advocate on my behalf demonstrated a level of customer service that exceeded my expectations."

"Today was the last time we will be going to this office. This is the 3rd time we have been here (after our appointment getting rescheduled more than once) each time we have waited close to, or over an hour in the waiting room to go back. There is zero urgency or any apology for being so behind. Dr. Offices expect patients to be on time and be respectful of their time and schedule but as patients we don't get the same respect. Very frustrating and unfortunate."

"I'm unable to express enough through words how much our life has been blessed by the professionals at Peak ENT. Specifically, Dr. Cordingley and Dr. Schramm have worked together to assist us with our son's medical needs. They have been very understanding of our concerns and stresses, and have always had our best interests at heart. Never have we felt rushed or ignored. Our son loves coming and gets so excited when he gets to go see Sarah (Dr. Cordingley)! After years of visiting this office, I can confidently say that it doesn't get any better than Peak ENT!"

"Patient Beware. My visit to Peak Ent was very disappointing to say the least. After waiting quite some time in the lobby for my appointment, I was finally taken to a room to be seen. After waiting there for some time Dr. Stevenson came in and asked me what was I was there for. I told him I had reoccurring sinus issues and had been recommended by my family doctor to see an ENT. I told him that I regularly use saline rinses and allergy sprays with little changes. He then told me he couldn’t make any recommendations without having a Sinus CT Scan there in the office. I again waited 45 minutes or so and finally had a nurse come by and say they needed to get the scan approved with insurance and would call me back when it was approved. They had all my info weeks prior to my visit but did nothing ahead of time. So they sent me on my way, only to bill my insurance $247.50 for the visit 7 months later and leaving me with a $50 invoice for Zero Service rendered and a number of work hours lost. They never called back and when I called about the bill, they just said sorry, we don’t write anything off and the doctor will not respond to requests it is just what we charge when you come to the office. Well, never again will I go to this place nor recommend it."
