"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. They are impossible to reach over the phone and get answers. They always “take a message” and say they’ll call back but never do. It took me calling everyday for over 2 weeks to get my lab results although they said they were already in and were not sure why I wasn’t called. She filled the wrong prescription for me that SHE said I should not be on, and continued to fail to fill the correct prescription. The pharmacy has even reached out to try and get it and they never heard back. She was concerned I had POTS and told me to call with symptoms so she could refer me right away to a specialist to get tested. I had symptoms, so I called and they again “took down the message”. I didn’t hear from them so I called back and they said they had an answer for me for the last 3 days, and didn’t know why I was never called AGAIN. They then made me schedule an appointment to be referred instead of referring me like she said she would over the phone. Huge waste of my very limited time. I would never recommend anyone to go here."

"I’ve been a patient here for years and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff is amazing and so friendly. They’re extremely helpful with whatever I need and I’ve always felt heard and valued while being a patient here. My wife and I both see different doctors here and we’re each so happy with the care we receive. Whether it’s the person answering the phone, the person doing bloodwork, the nurses or the doctors, it seems everyone has the same goal of making sure the patients have a great experience. Would recommend!"

"I took my 1 year old son in to be seen about possible allergies as a new patient because we are new to the area. I am incredibly disappointed with the encounter we had with Dr. Mcgrew. She spent half of the appointment guilt tripping me into “why my son should get his 12 month vaccines.” (Because of a terrible reaction he had at his 6 month appointment, my husband and I have decided to postpone any upcoming ones for now.) Despite me explaining that to her, she kept pushing it saying, “we can just do one today so if there’s a reaction, he can go to the ER right downstairs.” She even printed out a handout that went over all the possible risks of not vaccinating and made sure I knew if he didn’t receive them it could be a death sentence. I Ieft that appointment feeling incredibly dismissed and did not feel that she used proper digression regarding my choice for my son. She had zero respect for me as his parent. Again, we went in to talk about allergies and instead spent most of the time going back and forth on this subject. It was the worst experience I have had at any doctor appointment and will not be going back nor recommending this clinic to anyone."

"Dr. Francis and his assistant were very caring and professional. They took their time to explain things to me and what possible tests were going to be done. Very thorough and you feel like they really care about the patient’s health."
