"I've been a patient of Kylee Pulsipher for about 6 months now and she has been a great medical provider! The front desk is very responsive and will adjust my medication on a moments notice if my pharmacy is out of stock. It would be nice if they had an on-call provider in case you have a medication emergency over the weekend, but they are also a small, independent clinic, so that may be a little too much to ask. Overall, I would highly recommend Anderson Wellness."

"Hundreds of dollars on appointments and prescriptions completely wasted. I was seeing Jennifer Bush at the time, and I felt confident that she knew how to help me. In reality, it was a rollercoaster of experimenting with medications, even medications for a disorder she assured me I didn’t have at my first evaluation. This continued until it put me in a full-blown crisis, and they finally allowed me to stop taking the last medication I was. After trying five or so different medications over multiple weeks and visits, I felt like I really wasn’t being listened to, and ultimately, I felt the entire experience had ruined me to the point where I was worse after seeing them than I was before seeing them. I quit returning after being reevaluated and seeing how clueless she seemed about how to move forward and what to try next with me."

"I came to Sumer's practice at the start of the darkest period of my mental health. She helped me feel in control over the meds we tried and whether we wanted to try something else or increase/decrease dosages. Eventually we did Spravato and it worked. Her staff has always been responsive and helpful. Refill requests sent through my pharmacy are handled quickly and I couldn't recommend this clinic enough."

"The office tried to bill me hours after my first appointment because "insurance denied coverage". Upon contacting my insurance I found out that the office hadn't even sent a claim to my insurance. After confirming with my insurance that this office and provider are indeed in network for me, and having my insurance contact their billing office to direct them to where they should be sending my claims I hoped it would have been taken care of. At my next appointment they told me I was on self-pay because my "insurance is out of network". After informing them that I had done their job for them last time and got them in contact with my insurance they asked me to confirm that I would pay the self-pay fee if they couldn't get ahold of my insurance because the payment for the first appointment had apparently not gone through yet. I refused because I will not be held accountable for the blatant incompetence of a physicians billing office. Upon checking my insurance portal when I returned home I saw that the claim had been processed and paid WEEKS EARLIER! After 2 appointments I can say that I appreciate the medical professionals that I have worked with at this office, but the business side is predatory and incompetent. Edit: they billed me $100 again for a 10 minute appointment because the billing office can't figure out how to contact an insurance company that I've already put them in touch with. Absolutely ridiculous and predatory behavior"

"So far I have absolutely loved Anderson Wellness. I’ve had many providers over the years and I recently moved to Utah. I didn’t have any referrals I just googled places near by and I found Anderson Wellness. They got me in the very next day after I called. Jennifer Bush has been amazing. She has listened to me, and has helped me get my life in order. I have felt the best I have in a really long time. The staff has been so nice and kind to me. I have nothing but positive things to say. I don’t normally leave reviews, but Jennifer has been so helpful and knowledgeable. I can tell she really cares about people and that’s what makes a difference. I’ve had providers try and see me and diagnose me in 5 minutes, but Jennifer actually took her time and really listened to me and made me feel validated. If you have struggled with mental health and addiction I would highly recommend this place."
