"Utter waste of time. The receptionist was very kind and professional, which is the only positive l can note. Twice I had an intake appointment with Carole Kamradt booked for weeks on end, only to get a call roughly 7-10 days prior asking me to reschedule because she, in their words, "accidentally overbooked." It was always on me to work around it. Translation: she scheduled another appointment with a patient at the end of a session, and either didn't bother to look at her appointment calendar or didn't care if a new patient was occupying that slot. That's unacceptable. If your current patients are the main priority that's understandable, but don't take on new patients. To make matters worse, their suggested other clinicians were grad students who aren't even certified, much less have a Psychology Today profile. Don't tell me I'm a priority, then shunt me off with someone who's studied psychotherapy for less time than I've been to therapy. Returning to this page, it's also clear that they remove negative reviews and goose their score with 5-star ratings from their own employees, which breaks the terms of service with Google on top of being unethical."

"I finally left this office after my therapist would show up 20 minutes late, and had a unique way of communicating. It almost seemed very gaslighting. Overall not a good experience, but if I ever had to cancel an appointment, she was very rude about it despite the fact that she would show up to appointments 20 to 30 minutes late. Very hypocritical, not professional at all."
