"I torn my left ACL due to ski injury at the beginning of Dec 2023 and had a allograft ACL reconstruction in the middle of Dec 2023. I started with ImPackt PT one week post-op. Austin, Brodie and staff are amazing during my recovery. Their supportive and friendly environment makes each session easy to go through. My appointment always starts with a 20-30 mins hands on soft tissue work, (muscle scraper/massage tools/compex tens machine/cupping) which is very helpful for active my muscles/pain relief. Followed with some instructed exercises for range of motion training and strengthening my quad/hamstring/glutes/calf. I also like their red light laser therapy. It's helpful for healing the tissues inside of my knee. With their help, I got rid of the crutches completely in two weeks and was able to get my life back to normal. Now it’s my 90 days post-op and I’m still recovering with them since ACL recovery is a long journey. I am able to hit the gym daily and I can foresee myself returning back to ski next year with confidence again. I would highly recommend them!"

"After my full knee surgery on January 8 this year, I started PT with ImPackt on January 18th. The staff is very friendly and understanding with the aches and pains I go through. Though it’s tough pain to get through the manipulation of skin, exercise, wound and tissue of my knee, they are doing all the right things to help improve my movement, my bend, and my swollen knee tissue. Hand pressure, massage, laser to help pain and the knee bend chair have helped my bending improve. Last year I had shoulder moving problems after a fall. "I originally found ImPackt PT because of their glowing Google Reviews so I thought it best I write my own as well to help people find this wonderful place. Choosing ImPackt Physical Therapy was really the best decision I ever made. I have now had 2 knee surgeries and am still in recovery from the second. Throughout this time I’ve been to other physical therapists in the area and out of state but they just do not compare to ImPackt whatsoever. I had to move away for the first part of my recovery but was so eager to get back to my treatment with Austin. Not only is the quality of treatment, services and equipment they offer is miles better but the hospitality that Austin and Brody have is top tier as well. They really listen and care to fully personalize your treatment not just follow the basic protocol given by surgeons. Beyond that, they truly care about your mental health as they know how detrimental injuries can be to not only your body but mind as well. They both have given me invaluable insight to my recovery and I’m fully on track to have healthy knees soon again. Around half your time during a session is spent 1-on-1 with Austin or Brody doing hands on manual manipulation and I have not found this with any other therapist. Usually I am eager to leave other PT offices and feel like I’ve wasted time and money doing things I could’ve just don’t at home but this is NOT the case at ImPackt. I eagerly await my appointments and feel so great every time I leave. I will always go to ImPackt for all my PT needs and am so grateful I found such amazing care so close to home."
