"I had been a patient at New Horizon for over a decade. A week after my last appointment I received a letter stating I am being terminated from the clinic. I felt like I got the rug pulled out from under me. After a phone call and some time they sent me on my way with three months of prescriptions to get me through until I find a new doctor. That makes a big difference. Thank you. Suggestion, after 10+ years at this clinic if my provider had spoke with me and sent me on my way with three months prescriptions instead of someone I never met or heard of sending me a letter of termination in the mail a week after my last appointment I would have felt much better."
