"Alta View Pediatrics. I honestly love the doctors, but I am giving one star because the wait time on the phone is unacceptable. Management needs to figure itself out. 30 minutes on hold is outrageous."

"I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Alta View Insta Care Clinic and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The physicians at this clinic are not only lacking in knowledge but also demonstrate a complete disregard for their patients' well-being. I visited this clinic with high blood pressure concerns, hoping for professional guidance and proper medical care. However, instead of addressing my condition, the physician suggested that I pray. I was appalled by this unprofessional response and left feeling unheard and disrespected. To add insult to injury, I received a hefty bill for services that were never provided. When I reached out to inquire about the charges and requested a detailed breakdown of the services rendered, I was met with indifference. No one took responsibility for the bill or provided any clarification on the services I supposedly received. Such a lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable in a healthcare facility. Patients deserve to have faith in the healthcare professionals they seek help from, but unfortunately, Alta View Insta Care Clinic failed to meet even the most basic standards of care and professionalism. I strongly advise others to reconsider choosing this clinic for their medical needs. The physicians' lack of knowledge, their dismissive attitude towards patients, and the absence of financial accountability reflect a clinic that is clearly more interested in profit than in"

"They honestly don’t deserve even one star! I recently visited Alta View Insta Care Clinic, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of care and responsibility exhibited by their physicians. From the moment I stepped foot into the clinic, it quickly became apparent that the patients were not their priority. First and foremost, the physicians at Alta View Insta Care Clinic seemed disinterested and uncaring. They exhibited a lack of empathy and failed to establish any meaningful patient-doctor relationship. It felt as if my concerns and health issues were brushed aside without any genuine consideration. What was even more disheartening was the blatant lack of responsibility displayed by the clinic. I encountered numerous instances where the physicians were negligent and failed to address my medical concerns adequately. It seemed as though they were more focused on rushing through the appointment rather than providing the care and attention that I deserved as a patient. Adding to my disappointment, Alta View Insta Care Clinic has shown a complete lack of integrity when it comes to billing. I received bills for services that were either unnecessary or poorly executed, further highlighting their disregard for patient well-being. It is frustrating to pay for a service that was not provided or was extremely sub."

"drove 40 minutes through snow and multiple car accidents to be told they’d decided to reschedule my appt when i called to say i’d be a few min late due to inclement weather. despite the smile, it’s ridiculous to give 0 understanding when weather and car accidents are out of your control and all you needed was a basic physical."

"It’s taken a lot for me to post this review. 4 years ago I had to undergo a LEEP procedure to get ahead of some high risk cells on my cervix. I had done research and it was a painful sounding procedure. For those that don’t know it is when a Dr takes an electric hot wire and burns off the surface of the cervix. Cauterizing while cutting. I was shocked to hear that I would not be put under for such a procedure, even more shocked and scared to hear that I would be given absolutely no pain medication whatsoever. I expressed my fear and was told “oh it doesn’t hurt. Might be uncomfortable but shouldn’t be painful” I brought my husband with me so that he could hold my hand during the procedure because I was so nervous. It was beyond painful and I sobbed while being worked on. I could smell my flesh burning and I could see smoke coming from between my legs. My husband was absolutely horrified by what was happening. The doctor had the nerve to say to me while crying that “I was making him feel bad” and that most women don’t have a problem during the procedure. The nurse was not any more empathetic. The rage that I felt hearing from other women that they were put under anesthesia to undergo a LEEP was immense. In fact two weeks ago I was speaking to my OB at a different Intermountain practice and was told they they also do LEEPs in the OR. I was reassured and I trusted in that doctor. How very wrong that was and because I trusted that doctor I was deeply traumatized. I would rather a hysterectomy than ever experience that again."
