"I showed up in an immense amount of pain with my first gout flare up. The front office lady was very compassionate and although there was an hour wait she assured me she’d try to get me seen sooner. The nurse was so sweet and understanding. Very attentive. The doctor was amazing and really shows that he cared and was there to help me. I left feeling that I had answers and a plan to get me feeling better. The doctor personally called me later that day with my blood results and asked how I was feeling. It was a great experience and I will go back."
"Very poor service. It wasn't very busy, I waited an hour to be seen by a doctor who put no effort into assessing me. I can't accurately describe how fake his less than 5 minute visit with me was. He gave me the most cursory check just, like he was just trying to say he did it. He thought I was just trying to get antibiotics. I responded that I'm not interested in antibiotics, that I believed it was COVID or the flu and asked him to test me. He said they don't really do those because they're too expensive. He told me if I wanted one I can pick one up at the grocery store. He told me to rest and wrote down some remedies I can try, as if he was a neighbor offering advice and not a medical doctor. It was an extremely frustrating and expensive waste of my time. I'd like my money back."
"The receptionist was sweet and efficient. The nurses and PA were kind and listened. The pa was thorough and listened to me as well as explained why she was thinking and why. I appreciate the care I received here and would not hesitate to come back for anything."
"We came in late, about an hour before close. There were many who were coming in since this is one of the last clinics open in the area at that time. The wait time was marked as 30-45 minutes but we were seen exponentially quicker. We were seen and taken care of within 20 minutes. The room was clean and had just been disinfected as we could still smell the bleach wipes. The provider was nice and straight to the point. Within an hour we had been seen, prescriptions picked up, and on our way back home."
