"I was pushed into an appointment without being told if they took my insurance. When I called my insurnace today to verify I was told that they weren't under my plan so I called to cancel my appointment. The man asked if I was in pain and I said that I was he said I could pay out of pocket but I said I couldn't afford it. The man then said "I guess you aren't actually in that much pain then." I think this place is a scam but in case it's not maybe they'll fire the man. His name is Gary."
"I spent two visits and time at home filling out paperwork for my appointment. The receptionist took photos of my insurance and drivers license. A total waste of time. When the staff person brought me in he asked about my select health insurance and said they hadn’t been able to work with select health. The receptionist should have known that and saved me all the time and hassle! Very poor review. Would not Ed omens that facility."
"I have Parkinson's Disease. I have had it for at least 16 years and have experienced a decline in balance, muscle control, mental ability and walking. Since I feel the nerves are central to this degeneration, I was interested when an ad for Neuragenex and the new Lehi location arrived in my mailbox. I set up an intake appointment in spite of the 45 minute drive each way. Now more than half-way thru treatment I have found much improvement in my right knee and restless, burning legs which were preventing me from sleeping at night. I look for more improvement as I move through the remaining treatments. I am also VERY impressed with the staff's helpfulness, friendly manner and knowledge."
