"I got in and out very fast. The Dr. was so sweet and very helpful. The antibiotics she gave me didn't take care of it all. She called me back and put me on a stronger antibiotic. I can't remember the Dr.s name but she was amazing!!!"
"I went in on 3/22 for some pretty severe pain in my ribs & I truly had one of the best urgent care experiences. I think no other urgent care compares. The lady working the front desk was absolutely wonderful and I appreciated her so so much. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she made the experience so lovely. The doctor also actually listened to what I was experienced and helped me get some medication to make the next few days bearable while working. I will definitely be coming to this location next time I need to be seen fast."
"My experience with Dr Ashley Johnson? Was great, she was very nice and really tried to help me feel better, however they had me do a EKG during my visit and the MA she was very nice but didn’t slide the curtain closed in exam room and then had me laying in the exam room table with my full naked chest exposed. While applying the leads and doing the test. There is no reason that it couldn’t have been more discreet and appropriate if someone would have opened that would have seen everything! Other than that my appointment was good. Thanks"
"Received good care. Didn’t wait to long for walking in. Dr was Professional. Ma very nice. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Like new check in process but did make me pay for appointment even though I had met my deductible for the year. They had to refund it to me when I checked out. I’m sure it’s something they are working on."
"Wow- this was, by far, the quickest, easiest, most painless urgent care visit I’ve ever experienced. Jessica at the front desk was friendly and professional and got me checked in and out quickly. The medical staff made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. My visit was due to a work-related injury; I was impressed that this office had all the forms and took care of all the necessary paperwork needed for my workers comp claim and for my employer. My prescription was ordered right away. Absolutely ZERO issues with Granger Medical. Next time I need urgent care for my family or me, I know where I’m going!"
