"Dr. West is the WORST doctor my child has ever seen at Southridge Pediatrics. If I could rate her a zero, I would. She usually sees Dr. Duffy, but he seems not to be working whenever she needs to be seen. Dr. West was very rude and inconsiderate. She looked over the notes from the ER and asked us what we were there for. We had already told her that the ER doctor told us to follow up with our doctor the following day if she wasn't feeling any better. Now we're headed back to the urgent care. Guess it's time to find a new pediatrician. I love Dr. Duffy, but it seems like he's never available anymore when we need him."
"I absolutely love the team at Southridge Peds! We normally see Dr. Shellie Ring but I’ve had visits with other physicians there and they all provide a high standard of care. I’ve had quick responses from nurses and other staff any time I’ve had a question or concern. The lactation consultant was also amazing to work with right after my daughter was born. Highly recommend!"
"I’ve taken my kids to Dr. Blackburn for the last 5 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. He always makes sure to check-in on how I am doing as well as the kids which was extra helpful with newborns. No matter how big or small of an issue, he always takes the time to discuss it with you. I’ve also had to take the kids to a few of the other doctors throughout the years when Dr. Blackburn was out and had good experiences with them and all the nurses as well. The office staff are always speedy and helpful!"
"Southridge Pediatrics is incredible—all of their providers are fantastic. Our pediatrician takes her time with you, answers all your questions thoroughly, and is incredible at putting our kids at ease. When we’ve had to see covering physicians, I’ve felt like they are just as compassionate. Wait times are usually reasonable. They offer aquality mental health integration. We love Southridge and I can’t recommend this office enough!"
