"I needed a drug screening and I went in after work—the only time I could, and they wouldn’t see me on the dot of 3:30. They were super rude and all were sitting in the office doing nothing and refused to see me because I wasn’t there before 3:30. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t come here."

"I came in for a simple blood draw and was there over an hour and half. The staff were all visiting and laughing when I was finally taken back. I was then told I needed to wait for paperwork which took another 20 minutes. In the meantime family member of a worker showed up and made a huge scene. Very unprofessional place, and I would be embarrassed to work there."
