"The relocation of my favorite ramen spot and its recent addition of Korean barbecue left me disheartened. The lack of utensils and sauces, coupled with an unhygienic meat bar setup, tainted the dining experience. Moreover, waiting 25 minutes for uncooked meat further dampened my enthusiasm. It's clear they should stick to their specialty: ramen. I don’t want them to go out of business cause it’s the only good ramen in town."

"I've always wanted to try ramen. I did not regret tasting it here. everyone was extremely nice. I couldn't choose, in the end the lady helped me choose the "specialty of the house"."

"Great ramen and udon. Black garlic beef, spicy beef, shoyu were all tasty. Good service! Some kind of hip hop rap made the atmosphere a bit off. Fully recommend."

"I really wanted to like it. The ramen was cooked well. You had to pay extra for toppings in addition to mushrooms, egg, and greens. The pork was dry and the flavor was kind of stale if that makes sense. My husband got the spicy beef. It was pretty good. Other people loved what they ordered so maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I got the black garlic and it tasted like burnt garlic to me. The waitress was friendly but she kept pushing me order the homemade dumplings and I really wanted to try traditional ramen. She also kept asking what appetizer I wanted even though I said I didn't want an appetizer. The people who were sitting by us LOVED their ramen though. So we may have just ordered wrong."

"Amazing food! We were pleasantly surprised to have see such amazing ramen and Asian food dishes served here in Soule Ramen! There's such a variety here and you'll definitely have to stop in a couple of times to get a good grasp on the menu and what you'll like/not like. We tried a handful of dishes and they were all really good. The vegetarian black garlic ramen was so good! We got the spice on the side but ended up using all of it and it was hot but not too not. The perfect spice. It was salty, savory, umami.... So delicious! We also tried the Takoyaki which was really good if you like octopus. It does have a little bit of a creamy inside, so just be aware of that. There's small chunks of octupus mixed in to the breading that is deep fried. We'd highly recommend the Black Garlic Ramen, Edamame, Watermelon Salad, and Pork Belly Buns. The pork belly served served with the ramen was tasty and you could taste that is was cooked on a grill. The watermelon lemonade was also amazing and had chunks of watermelon mixed in but it was $10 (but then was a buy one get one free), so not sure if I'd get it again if was $10 by itself but for $5 I thought it was pretty good. All in all, I think this is one of the best places in the area to get ramen. The service was great and the food came out really quick. Highly recommend checking this out and supporting the local business! Definitely would like to keep them around if possible!"
