"I got some shoes from 10 toes in December of last year and I didn’t feel like they fit me and I didn’t say until now that they gave me the wrong size they gave me 6 1/2 when I’m an eight but they still and when we came back to ask the shoes They said we had to have the box and they probably wouldn’t take them because they were used which they told us at the beginning we could trade the shoes in for money, store, credit or more shoes rip off do not buy!!!!!!!"

"DON'T COME HERE IF You WANT TO GET SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY! My son got a gift from this store. In the end he wanted his money back. He didn't end up liking the shoes. I came back to this store with my husband to return the shoes. At the time I forgot my phone in the car. Thinking this store would have honest workers but they don't. I'm talking to young man about returning the shoes. He tells me that they can only return and give a store credit. They don't give your money back even with a receipt. At the time I didn't have my phone which where the receipt was at, in my phone. I started making examples out of Walmart, Macy's, that even without a receipt you get your full money back all you have to do is show an ID. He starts the refund process. He is refunding my money back but only refunds me for the shoes not my taxes. Taxes that I've clearly paid to your store, you can definitely give me the rest of my $30 in Taxes out of $250 shoes. He was not going to give me back my tax money, it's not a $1 it's $30 hard earn dollars. I go back to my car to get my phone and show him the receipt of the full amount I paid. The young man returned the first time $20 in taxes couldn't even get the full amount correct. Waited a good 20 mins to get my full refund back. Always bring your receipt. They only do refunds for store credit they don't won't refund your cash back. SCAMMERS!!!"

"The staff is friendly and courteous. However, the pricing is awful. I’ve been a sneaker head for years. I totally understand the prices will be more in store as opposed to StockX etc… Have to pay rent and employees and I respect that. But these prices are way too high. This means one of two things. They don’t have relationships to pay retail so they pay resell and have to markup to make a profit, or worse, they just rip everyone off by gouging up the prices. They have a great selection though. The two rating is 100% based on the awful pricing."
