Old Navy

"This review is broken up by the facts and my and my friends personal opinions. The facts: Me and some friends made an in-store pickup order on Sunday morning. When we arrived that afternoon we were told that they didn’t get the order. We were confused because we got an order number and confirmation and our bank account was changed. The manager, Shaunda, said that she could not find it and said that there was nothing she could do. We asked if she could just give us the items since we were charged and Shaunda said that she couldn’t even see the order. She went to the back to call someone and later came back up and said that her only solution was for us to call 1-800-OLDNAVY. We called and were told to speak to a store representative and since that didn’t work out we had to talk to a representative over the phone. The representative over the phone confirmed that the order was placed and that someone in the stone cancelled the order. After confirming that we would not be charged twice, we bought the items in store. My opinions: Shaunda, the manager, was rude from the very start of our interaction. She said that the order may have not gone through because “it technically wasn’t a business day” which is weird since the store is open and other online orders went through for other customers. After telling us to call the number, she avoided us and never made sure that we were helped. My friends testimonies: K (name redacted) “If she couldn’t offer us help she could have at least offered us kindness” “She’s a b**** and a******” K 2 (name redacted) “The incompetency of Shaunda was unprecedented with any other sales representative that I have encountered.” Two stars since the items were cute."

"I’m super impressed by how organized this location is. Other locations I’ve been to are absolutely trashed and disorganized, but even the same section and change rooms were tidy on a Saturday evening. I do find it tricky that the price in stores and online are often different, so you have to cross-check things, which is a pain. That’s the case for all ON stores though."

"OLD Navy is right. Every time I come here I am amazing at how much dust there is. I'll post the pictures of the dusty clothes. Great waiting area for trying on clothes. They even have chargers. Since things are really cheep others are not. Sales can Old Navy can suck you in."

"I love coming to this old navy. They have sizes for all us woman. Willing to adjust prices with there online prices. They also take military discounts. Which is awesome. And their super cash is one of my favorites times to be here. They always have the best deals in store. Girls are so friendly and willing to help find what I needed. Kid friendly. Bathrooms are always clean. Highly recommend this location."

"My wife and kids love this store. I usually sit out in the parking lot waiting for them. Seems like an eternity. But I do get to catch up on my Google map reviews this way."
