"Would rate zero if I could. Tried their subscription service- didn't like anything except for one skirt that i needed a different size in. I dropped off the package at a FedEx dropbox IN TIME for it to get to the location before being charged, but they claim that I didn't. The FedEx guy maybe didn't pick up the package in time from that dropbox, so I was charged for things I didn't keep. I know that's their "policy" but I tried to contact them several times explaining my situation. They were rude, and not helpful, and unwilling to work with me. Then, a few days later a customer service rep contacted me to see if I wanted to buy the skirt in a different size because they saw my note in the shipment. Um NO. I don't. I would rate zero if I could. Disappointed their customer service was so terrible, especially from a Utah based company, which I love supporting."
