"The line was from the middle of the store, and it took a lot of time to check out. Other than that, this Ross is just like any other."
"My suggestion if you choose to shop here. Count how many items you have, then check the receipt when they are done ringing you up and confirm the number of items is the same. I made a purchase at this store. Once I got home, I found that additional items were scanned and not part of my order. When I went back, they denied any wrongdoing and told me they would give the info to the manager who would call me about the order. She never called me. People steal this way, scan a couple items on your order, then let them get put away with the go backs and returns, then a second person takes them home. Very disappointing and I will not shop here again."

"If you're in a hurry, this is not the place. I don't know why the unwritten rule of Ross is that the cashiers are the slowest of any other retail store you go, this location especially. I've been shopping at this location for years, and they've never addressed the issue. There's no reason for the cashiers to be this comically slow, like they're in a movie and doing a bit. Just stare, slow motion scan one item, stare, slow motion scan one item, stare, slow motion put it in a bag. Like, why. Why."
