"Store makes no effort to help a customer! Went to purchase a bike for my son's birthday present and tried ordering it first online, but it was sold out. Went to the store which they had it in stock but would not honor the online price despite being told via chat and by phone from 2 separate customer service representatives that they would indeed honor the price since it is the same model and they were not asked to honor a competitors price. DJ the manager just said if its not the same color the price would not be honored. This is a terrible manager and basically blamed the CS agents for not knowing their information since they "work from home they don't know the policies". As I walked to their parking lot, called the store in West Jordan and Owen at that store honored the price and I purchased the bike from that store instead. For a better service I'd suggest skipping your shopping experience at this location as long at DJ is a manager!"

"The entire staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I was also impressed with the amount of employees working! Everyone was busy with a task but still talking to every customer. It was clear how well managed this store is and that everyone enjoyed working there too! I would come here again over the one closer to me for sure."

"Very nice, well lit sports shop. They have all you need from sports and recreational equipments and gears, clothing, footwear and all the accessories that comes with it. Wide selections but I like it that placement of items are not crowded. Their prices are comparable to what is in online stores and at times, they have items in discounts too. The store is clean, well maintained and awesome staff too."

"Always friendly. Helpful. Responsive. Kind. Knowledgeable about checking out. Not always available in the shoe department. Once you find someone usually they’re great to work with. Store is clean and well maintained. Well stocked. And I’ve always been able to find what I needed online if it wasn’t in store."

"I came here to buy shoes and custom insoles. The woman in the shoe department was super friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. The checkout line was short. I had a really great experience. I don't shop here often but it seemed like they had just about anything you could be looking for. Fort Union is a great location with lots of parking and plenty of other stores and restaurants to visit while you're there."
