"On Sunday March 17th at 3:00 I was at savers in midvale I went to the jewelry counter and wanted 2 pair of earrings and a pink gold heart ring that was 6.99 the girl helping me put the 2 pair of earrings and the ring in the bag . When the girl rang me out I paid and then noticed the ring was not the heart ring I wanted . The girl helping me took the ring I wanted she told from her place of work and tried to pull a fast one on me"
"If I'm shopping I like to actually shop and enjoy my experience. Instead I was followed around the entire store by 3 different ppl that looked like normal shoppers and then when I go to pay 1 employee actually rubber necked her whole face in my savers shopping bag I'd just purchased from your store since they don't bag anything anymore, for my newly used items. I almost gave everything right back cuz I almost felt violated."
"Terrible experience! I'm interested a small light in the box so I opened the box and want to take a look at it. The light was put upside down so the light drop on the floor when I slide it out. An Asian employee with a straight black long hair lady was there, SHE DID NOT HELP ANY but she said "wow...you haven't pay it!!" That was shot me so I ask her "what did you say it?!" and she answered "You broken it!" She looks at me very bossy and she was talking SUPER RUED!! This is total insult! Everyone makes mistake, how you can be a person like that RUDE!!! Unbelievable......"
"***Update*** they now have self checkout, which it makes it so much easier and no long lines! Another update: they painted the outside, and the inside is looking cleaner, too! Love this Savers location! I try to go once a week because the inventory changes so much! Love all the fun finds I get. I did notice that prices have been getting higher lately. It's kind of discouraging for those who are in need of lower prices because they can't afford to pay more. Keep your prices affordable, Savers, and I'll continue to support you!"
"Came today around noon. Had an awesome experience!! Found tons of amazing kids toys and clothes! Found great almost new shoes for me. The whole store is super organized and very clean. It appears they put out good quality items for sale. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer discounts for seniors and military. I most definitely will be back"
